Clarification Reference 24 May 2010 of Blog flashed on 24 May 2010 so called Sunny ( Abhijit ) Biranje of Nashik
We, the Trustees/Directors of "The Bombay Diocesan Trust association Ltd." and "S.P.G Mission",
have had observed and gone through the one alleged, allegation, vague,
baseless and found to be on the revenge grounds, statement flashed,
against Dr. Ashok Sonule our Hon'ble Chairman and Director, through the
Blog, by one Sunny ( Abhijit ) Biranje , Nashik, who was one of the trustee, duly appoined by our Hon'ble Chairman and Managing Director.
Moreover, attitude, activities of said Sunny
( Abhijit ) Biranje , Nashik, Who often, have had found all the way
against our Trust's objects, Rules, Regulation and tried to mislead
most of the people in respect of our Trust/Company.
We the Trustee/Directors, well acquainted with the Rules and
Regulation of our Trust, paying our full Devotions for running its
objects viz. Medical, Educatoional, Propagation of the Christian
Religion, social and Charitable Service, for the poor, handicapped,
needed families, students from the christian and other Religion
communities, in a sound and peaceful manner AND as such, we the
Trustee/Directors have got no time to spare for and take any type of
cognizance of such alleged, allegation statement, flashed by the sunny
( Abhijit ) Biranje, except to overlooked the same
However, we the Trustee/Directors on the behalf of the aforesaid
Trust/Company, are compelled to proceed with a suitable legal actions
viz. Civil, Criminal, Defamation etc. and as per the rules of B.P.T Act
1950, against Sunny ( Abhijit ) Biranje of
Nashik, as well as the said Sunny ( Abhijit ) Biranje is being
terminated from our Trust / Company, by passing the Resolution by our
Trustee / Directors, for the reasons, Said Abhijit Biranje seems to be found mentally affected and who have had totally lost his relation / business with our Trust / Company.
Besides, in consultation with the concerned legal council, we the
Trustee/Directors are under consideration to proceed with the legal
action, with the help of cyber law of India, Against said Abhijit
Biranje of Nashik, Maharastra, India.
We, the Trust recently have/ had flashed information dated
27-08-2010, this has once again, have to enlighten and to illuminate on the
issue that one so called Sunny ( Abhijit ) Biranje have/ had no any type of
relation with our Trust viz The B.D.T.A. Ltd. Register under BPT Act, 1950,
P.T.R. No. E-923(Bomb.)and S. P.G. Mission, P.T.R. No. – E-828 (Bomb) as such no
Dealings of Transfer, Development or Sale in respect of our Trust Properties, per the scheduled –I, will
take place with the help of said Sunny Biranje. However, if any type of such
dealings takes or taken place, the concerned Party will have to face the
consequences by Court of Law and We, the Trust will have no any type of
relation or responsibilities with such illegal transactions found dealt with in
respect of our Trust Properties.
